AUDIO ENGINEERING CLASSES – Ages 13 - Adult
LMD is also offering an Audio Engineering Class at our studio in Cumming, GA. This class can accommodate a min of 3 students and a max of 5 students. The class will be one day a week, 4 hours long. This class will address the following topics, and more:

• Audio recording fundamentals, theories, and terminology
• Equipment training
• Microphone placement for various instruments and settings
• Plugins
• Hardware
• Software – Pro Tools
• Tracking, Editing, and Mixing

Due to the technicality of this class students should be mature enough to focus for long periods of time. Registration for students under 13 is not recommended. Adults are welcome to participate in this class. This is a cumulative course. A missed week could cause confusion in the student. Two missed weeks could be detrimental. Consistent attendance is highly encouraged. This class will be offered at the intro rate of $110 per week. Monthly pre-payments will be taken before the first lesson of each month. Due to the nature of this class cancellations will not be refunded or re-scheduled. Discounts will be offered to students who pay for the entire semester in one payment.
